  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Open the cinnamon rolls and cut each into four pieces, reserving the icing.
  3. In a resealable bag, mix granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, then add cinnamon roll pieces and shake to coat.
  4. In a bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar until blended.
  5. Layer half of the coated cinnamon roll pieces in the bundt pan, drizzle with half the butter mixture, then repeat with remaining rolls and butter.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown; cool for five minutes before inverting onto a plate.
  7. Stir remaining pumpkin pie spice into reserved icing and drizzle over warm bread.
