- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 medium carrot
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce for flavor.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat oil and stir-fry chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, stir-fry garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add vegetables and cook until crisp-tender.
- Whisk together the sauce ingredients and add to the pan with the chicken.
- Stir to combine and cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
