Instructions
- Simmer water: Heat 4 cups of water until it simmers (190°F).
- Steep tea: Add black tea sachets to the hot water in a pitcher.
- Steep time: Allow the tea to steep for 5 minutes, then remove the sachets.
- Add sugar: Stir in 2 tablespoons of sugar until dissolved.
- Chill with ice: Add 5 cups of ice to the pitcher and shake gently to cool quickly.
- Serve: Pour into glasses filled with ice and garnish with lemon slices or mint leaves if desired.
