Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cream together butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy; add eggs one at a time and then stir in vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together; gradually add to wet ingredients alternating with milk until just combined. Gently fold in strawberries.
- For crumble topping: Mix melted butter, brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, flour, and nutmeg until crumbly.
- Grease muffin tin or line with paper liners; fill muffin cups three-quarters full with batter and top with crumble mixture.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown; cool slightly before serving.
