Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a cupcake pan with wrappers.
- Divide prepared white cake mix into three bowls; tint one with red gel color, another with blue, and leave the last plain.
- Spoon the colored batters into cupcake liners until halfway full.
- Bake for about 20 minutes; cool completely before frosting.
- For frosting, beat together butter and cream cheese until smooth; add vanilla and powdered sugar gradually until fluffy.
- Adjust frosting consistency with heavy whipping cream as needed.
- Decorate using a piping bag fitted with a 1M tip, adding festive sprinkles on top.
