Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare two non-stick loaf pans by greasing them.
- Cream together peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until fluffy.
- Add granulated and brown sugars, beating until well combined.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually mix in self-rising flour and yogurt until just combined.
- Gently fold in mashed bananas and chopped Reese’s cups.
- Divide the batter between the prepared pans.
- Bake for approximately 35 minutes; cover with foil if browning too much.
- Continue baking for another 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pans for 15 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
