- 2 ripe avocados (diced)
- 1 large mango (diced)

- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Dice the mango, avocado, and chop the cilantro.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Squeeze lime juice over cooked shrimp in the pan and toss to combine.
- Assemble your bowls by layering shrimp, avocado, and mango in serving dishes.
- Garnish with cilantro and an extra splash of lime juice before serving.
