Instructions
- Rinse spinach leaves under cool water and pat dry.
- In a large bowl, combine spinach, mandarin oranges, red bell pepper, red onion, and walnuts. Toss gently to mix.
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, and olive oil until well combined.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving and toss gently to coat.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra walnuts or mandarin oranges if desired.
