Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and grill for 6–7 minutes on each side until fully cooked (165°F/75°C). Let cool.
- Prepare the Cucumber: Wash and dice cucumber; sprinkle with salt to draw out moisture.
- Make the Tzatziki Dressing: Combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl; stir until smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: Chop cooled chicken into bite-sized pieces. Add chicken and cucumber to the tzatziki dressing; gently mix until well coated.
- Serve: Transfer to serving bowls; garnish with additional dill if desired.
