Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- On a nonstick baking sheet, toss grapes with 1 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Roast for about 15 minutes until slightly shriveled.
- Place baguette slices on another baking sheet, brush with remaining olive oil, and top each slice with brie cheese.
- Bake baguette slices for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Assemble crostini by topping melted cheese with roasted grapes, drizzling honey, sprinkling walnuts, and garnishing with rosemary.
