Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Mix in granulated sugar until fully combined.
- Add heavy cream, whole milk, and sweetened condensed milk; whisk until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract, rose water, and lemon zest.
- Chill the mixture for at least 2-3 hours.
- Churn in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s instructions (about 20-25 minutes).
- Fold in chopped pistachios and dried rose petals during the last few minutes of churning.
- Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4-6 hours before serving.
