Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the sausage into bite-sized pieces. In a mixing bowl, combine diced sweet potatoes, sliced sausage, and half of the honey garlic sauce; toss until well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and roast for about 25-30 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender and sausage is browned, stirring halfway through.
- Drizzle remaining honey garlic sauce over the roasted mixture and toss gently to combine.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving warm.
