- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the sweet potatoes by peeling and cubing them into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Stir in the cubed sweet potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour over the sausage and sweet potatoes.
- Cover the skillet and let everything simmer for about 10 minutes until the sweet potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
