Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage until crumbly (about 7-10 minutes) and drain excess grease.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in cooked sausage and hashbrowns until evenly combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until edges are golden brown and the center is set.
- Cool for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
