Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add zucchini slices in a single layer and cook for 4-5 minutes without stirring frequently to allow browning.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, push zucchini to the sides of the pan, and add butter in the center. Once melted, stir in minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Combine zucchini with garlic-butter mixture, season with salt and pepper, and stir gently until well-coated.
