- 2–3 boneless beef chops, cubed

- 3 cups water
- 2 medium carrots, cut into large chunks
- 1 medium potato, cut into large chunks
- Half a box of Japanese curry sauce
- Cooked rice
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by cutting the vegetables and beef into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
- In a large pot, heat oil over medium-high heat and brown the beef on all sides.
- Add onions, carrots, potatoes, and water to the pot; bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are tender (about 15-20 minutes).
- Lower the heat and stir in the Japanese curry sauce mix until fully dissolved.
- Once heated through and well combined, serve over cooked rice or noodles and garnish with fresh parsley.
