Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by washing and dicing the potatoes, chopping the bell peppers, and mincing the garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground sausage and cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
- Add diced onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant (about 2 minutes).
- Stir in bell peppers and continue cooking for another minute.
- Add diced potatoes along with salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
- Cover the skillet and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender but crispy.
