  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

  • 8 flour tortillas
  • Garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, shredded cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  3. Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spread about 1/4 of the filling on half of it. Fold the tortilla in half to cover the filling.
  4. Cook the quesadilla in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
