Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Dice onion, carrots, celery, and mince garlic.

- Deglaze with red wine; simmer briefly.
- Add broth and seasonings; let simmer on low for 10 minutes.
- Boil peeled potatoes in salted water until fork-tender.
- Mix in cream and butter; mash until smooth.
- Assemble by layering meat filling in a baking dish, topping with mashed potatoes.
- Create texture with a fork and sprinkle parmesan on top.
- Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
