Instructions

  2. Form the mixture into bite-sized balls (about 1.5 inches in diameter).
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  4. Fry the garlic bombs in batches for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towels before serving warm with lemon wedges.
