- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Form the mixture into bite-sized balls (about 1.5 inches in diameter).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Fry the garlic bombs in batches for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels before serving warm with lemon wedges.
