Instructions

  1. Rinse the dried red beans under cold water to clean.

  3. In a slow cooker, combine rinsed beans, quartered Andouille sausage, sliced smoked sausage, diced onion, celery, minced garlic, bay leaves, water, beef bouillon cubes, and Cajun seasoning.
