Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- Toppings: crushed graham crackers
- mini chocolate chips
- mini marshmallows
Instructions
- In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and cocoa powder. Stir well.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) until thickened.
- Before serving, stir gently and top with crushed graham crackers, mini chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows.
