- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups marshmallow crème
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chopped salted peanuts
- 14 oz caramel cubes
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- For the first layer, melt milk chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter together until smooth. Spread into a greased 9Γ13 pan and chill until set.
- For the second layer, cook butter, sugar, and evaporated milk in a saucepan until boiling. Stir in marshmallow crème, peanut butter, vanilla, and peanuts until smooth. Pour over the first layer and chill.
- For the third layer, melt caramel cubes with heavy cream until smooth and pour over the second layer. Chill again.
- Repeat the first layer on top by melting additional chocolate chips and spreading over the chilled caramel layer. Chill until firm.
- Slice into squares and enjoy.
