  • For crust: ¼ cup granulated sugar + 1 tsp ground cinnamon + 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices until well mixed.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugars, and eggs until smooth. Add apple cider and vanilla; mix until combined.
  4. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45–50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. While baking, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon for the topping.
  7. Once baked and slightly cooled, brush the top of the loaf with melted butter and sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar.
