Ingredients

- 2 lemons (peeled and quartered)
- 2 oranges (peeled and quartered)
- 2 inches raw turmeric (peeled) or 1 teaspoon powdered turmeric
- Optional: 2–4 cloves raw garlic (peeled)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth.
- Strain the blend through a mesh strainer into a large bowl, using a spoon to help extract the liquid.
- Pour the strained juice into a measuring cup with a spout.
- Use a small funnel to transfer the liquid into bottles, leaving some space at the top.
- Shake well before consuming and enjoy one shot daily for optimal immune support.
