- 1 ripe avocado
- ½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- Lime juice
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- While marinating, blend avocado, Greek yogurt or sour cream, lime juice, minced garlic, cilantro, and salt until smooth. Adjust consistency with water if needed.
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat; cook marinated shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Warm tortillas; fill each with slaw, cooked shrimp, and avocado crema. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
