Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the lentils and mix in chopped vegetables and spices until sticky.
  3. If too wet, add more flour until the mixture holds together.
  4. Heat oil in a non-stick pan; shape the mixture into patties and fry for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
