Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise; mix until smooth.
- Add wilted spinach, chopped artichokes, minced garlic, two ounces each of mozzarella and gruyere cheeses, one ounce of Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish or skillet; smooth the top.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and gruyere cheeses on top.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
