Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise; mix until smooth.
  3. Add wilted spinach, chopped artichokes, minced garlic, two ounces each of mozzarella and gruyere cheeses, one ounce of Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish or skillet; smooth the top.
  5. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and gruyere cheeses on top.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
