  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup artichokes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Thaw the puff pastry sheet and cut it in half.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until well mixed.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on one half of the pastry; cover with the other half.
  5. Cut into six even strips and twist each strip into a swirl shape.
  6. Brush with an egg wash made from one beaten egg mixed with 1 tsp water.
  7. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 22–24 minutes or until golden brown.
