- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs

- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces sliced provolone cheese
- 2.25 ounces canned sliced black olives
- 16 ounces dried spaghetti
- 16 ounces marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, olive oil, parsley flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into 2-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cut provolone cheese into circles and place atop each meatball with an olive slice as a pupil.
- Bake again for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions and combine with heated marinara sauce.
- Serve spaghetti topped with eyeball meatballs.
