  • 16 ounces dried spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, olive oil, parsley flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into 2-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Cut provolone cheese into circles and place atop each meatball with an olive slice as a pupil.
  6. Bake again for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
  7. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions and combine with heated marinara sauce.
  8. Serve spaghetti topped with eyeball meatballs.
