Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce and cornstarch in a mixing bowl. Add sliced flank steak to marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Stir-fry the marinated steak for 3-4 minutes until browned but not fully cooked; set aside.
  4. Cook shrimp in the same wok for 2-3 minutes until pink; remove from wok.
  5. Add bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, garlic, and ginger to the wok; stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  6. Return steak and shrimp to the wok; season with salt and pepper; stir-fry for another minute.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
