- 1 pound flank steak (thinly sliced)
- 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot (julienned)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce and cornstarch in a mixing bowl. Add sliced flank steak to marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Stir-fry the marinated steak for 3-4 minutes until browned but not fully cooked; set aside.
- Cook shrimp in the same wok for 2-3 minutes until pink; remove from wok.
- Add bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, garlic, and ginger to the wok; stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
- Return steak and shrimp to the wok; season with salt and pepper; stir-fry for another minute.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
