- 3 large eggs
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C (400F). Toss potato wedges in olive oil, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak for about 3-5 minutes per side. Let rest before slicing.
- Whisk eggs with milk in a bowl. Cook in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat, stirring gently until softly set. Add cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve by plating sliced steak, cheesy scrambled eggs, and herbed potatoes together.
