Ingredients
- 8 oz rice noodles (or lo mein/udon)
- 1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Toss sliced beef with cornstarch; heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet over high heat and sear beef for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining oil; stir-fry bell pepper and broccoli for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add garlic and ginger; cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
- Return beef to the skillet along with cooked noodles; pour the sticky sauce over everything and toss to combine until well-coated.
