- 8 bone-in chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ cup sweet chili sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chicken thighs dry and season with avocado oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place seasoned thighs skin side down in the air fryer basket; cook for 15 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and oyster sauce.
- Baste chicken with the sticky glaze after the first 15 minutes; repeat basting process three times during cooking.
- Cook an additional 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest before serving; enjoy over jasmine rice or with vegetable sides.
