Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and dice the chicken and pineapple.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil.
- Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until cooked through (5-7 minutes).
- Stir in pineapple chunks along with teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic, and optional ginger.
- Allow to simmer on low heat for 3-5 minutes to meld flavors.
- Serve warm garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
