Instructions

- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar; press into egg-shaped molds.
- Spoon the chilled cheesecake mixture into each mold and freeze for 2-3 hours.
- Melt white chocolate chips; dye with food coloring if desired. Dip each frozen egg in chocolate until fully coated.
- Decorate with sprinkles or chocolate drizzle while still wet; let set for about 20 minutes.
