Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9 1/2 inch deep dish pie plate.
- In a large bowl, combine 5 cups halved strawberries, 2 tablespoons orange juice, ¼ cup granulated sugar, and ¼ cup all-purpose flour. Toss gently and pour into the prepared baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix ⅔ cup old-fashioned oats, ⅔ cup all-purpose flour, ¼ cup packed light brown sugar, ⅓ cup granulated sugar, ¼ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon. Drizzle in ½ cup melted unsalted butter and stir until crumbly.
- Spread the crumble topping evenly over the strawberry mixture. Bake for about 40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
