Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a mini muffin tin or an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers (or golden Oreos) with melted butter and press into the bottom of the prepared pan.

  4. Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes in a mini muffin tin or 35-40 minutes in an 8×8-inch pan.
