- 1/2 cup sago (dried)

- 1/4 cup condensed milk
- 1 cup strawberries (washed and diced)
- 1 cup coconut jelly
Instructions
- Cook the sago in boiling water for about 15 minutes until mostly transparent. Let it sit covered for another 10-15 minutes.
- Strain the sago and rinse under cold water to stop cooking; submerge in cold water to prevent drying out.
- In a separate bowl, whisk matcha powder with hot water until frothy, then mix in milk.
- Combine cooled sago, evaporated milk, condensed milk, matcha milk, diced strawberries, and coconut jelly in a mixing bowl.
- Serve immediately in individual cups or bowls for sharing.
