Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the pie crust instructions and bake until golden brown. Allow to cool completely.
- Arrange quartered strawberries evenly in the cooled pie crust.
- In a medium saucepan, combine water, sugar, and corn starch. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes, then add the strawberry jello and simmer while whisking for 1 minute.
- Pour the jello mixture over the arranged strawberries and chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours until set.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream.
