Instructions
- Preheat the oven and bake the pie crust according to package instructions until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, mix water, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth and cook until thickened (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat and cool slightly before adding strawberries.
- Fold hulled strawberries into the cooled mixture and pour into the prepared crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to set before serving.
