Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- Blend strawberries until smooth; reserve some for the glaze.
- Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Combine dry ingredients and gradually mix with wet ingredients, alternating with buttermilk.
- Fold in half of the pureed strawberries, then pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for about 70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean; cool before glazing.
