Instructions

- Gradually blend dry ingredients into wet mixture to form dough.
- Scoop dough onto the prepared sheet, creating wells in the center of each cookie.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes until golden; let cool completely.
- For filling, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Spoon filling into cooled cookie wells and top with strawberries.
