Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Generously stuff each mushroom cap with the filling.
- Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until tender and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.
