Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9-inch round cake pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened butter and granulated sugar until creamy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Gradually add baking soda, salt, cream of tartar, and flour until combined. Fold in M&Ms and sprinkles.
