Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Measure out all sauce ingredients.
- In a small bowl, mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch until smooth.
- Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown (5-6 minutes).
- Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken; stir to coat evenly.
- Add pineapple chunks and sauté for another minute until heated through.
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
