Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 square baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, Jiffy Cornbread Muffin mix, drained corn, and cream style corn; stir until well mixed.
- Add sour cream, eggs, and white sugar to the mixture; mix again until evenly combined.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40–45 minutes or until the center is firm to touch.
- Allow to cool slightly before cutting into squares and serving warm.
