Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as needed. Drain excess grease if necessary.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and add water to help disperse the flavor evenly.
- While cooking the meat, prepare rice according to package instructions if not pre-cooked.
- In large bowls, layer cooked rice as your base and top with seasoned beef and crushed Doritos.
