Instructions
- Prepare the simple syrup by heating sugar and water in a saucepan until dissolved. Allow it to cool.
- Blend sliced strawberries in a blender until smooth. Optionally strain for a smoother texture.
- In a pitcher, combine blended strawberries, lime juice, and cooled simple syrup. Stir well to mix all ingredients.
- Serve over ice and garnish with finely chopped parsley if desired.
