Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend the butter, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken breasts for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F). Remove and set aside.
- Pour chicken broth into the skillet to deglaze, scraping up any browned bits.
- Stir in the prepared butter mixture until smooth. Return chicken to the skillet and coat thoroughly with the sauce. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
